Abstract: A method, computer program product, and computing system for executing a first sub-thread of an operating system thread on a central processing unit (CPU) of the computing device. The CPU may be released for a defined period of time. One of an application and a second sub-thread of the operating system thread may be executed based upon, at least in part, an execution priority of the operating system thread and an execution priority of the application.

Abstract: Techniques are described herein that are capable of configuring a device to have certificate(s) by ordering asynchronous work requests. Portions of work that are to be performed to configure a device to have certificate(s) are performed based at least in part on a triggering event that indicates that the device is to be configured. Asynchronous work requests that are configured to, when executed, initiate performance of the respective portions of the work are generated. A hierarchical work tree that includes hierarchical nodes that represent the respective portions of the work is generated. The hierarchical work tree defines an order in which the portions of the work are to be performed. The asynchronous work requests are executed in the order defined by the hierarchical work tree, which initiates creation of the certificate(s) and delivery of the certificate(s) to the device.

The method further includes determining an offset value based on an output of a monotonic non-decreasing f(x) function performed on a sum (x) of a group of partially reconstructed transform coefficients. The method further includes determining a context model index based on a sum of the determined offset value and a base value. The method further includes selecting, for the at least one syntax of a current transform coefficient, a context model from a plurality of context models based on the determined context model index.

Abstract: A system and method for inferring service opportunities are provided. In example embodiments, a member event associated with a particular member of a social networking service is detected. In response to detecting the member event, a service request for a particular service is inferred based on the member event. A provider member capable of fulfilling the inferred service request is identified among members of the social networking service. A match score for each of the identified provider members is calculated. The identified provider members are ranked according to the calculated match score. At least a portion of the ranked identified provider members are presented on a user interface.

Abstract: An apparatus for catching un-vaporized e-liquid prevents un-vaporized e-liquid from exiting the mouthpiece of an atomizer or vaporizer. A liquid catch chamber is positioned after the outlet from a vaporizer's heating element, with a liquid deflection barrier between the outlet from the vaporizer's heating element and the outlet from the catch chamber. Protrusions around the outlet apertures may further restrict the flow of un-vaporized e-liquid out of the outlets. Further, absorbent materials may also be used to retain the e-liquid within the catch chamber.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to identifying and storing relationships between hosts that are used to present a web page to a user. In certain embodiments, a system for detecting host pairs is provided. The system may receive a first request to identify one or more host pairs associated with a first host. In response to receiving the first request, the system may send a second request to the first host for a document. The document may be a web page file that is used to build a web page associated with the first host. The web page file may include instructions that, when parsed, build the web page. In response to the second request, the first host may send a response to the system. The system may then use the data included in the response to build the web page. While building the web page, a pairing may be stored when a different host is contacted.

Abstract: Described is an improved brain-machine interface including a neural interface and a controllable device in communication with the neural interface. The neural interface includes a neural device with one or more sensors for collecting signals of interest and one or more processors for conditioning the signals of interest, extracting salient neural features from and decoding the conditioned signals of interest, and generating a control command for the controllable device. The controllable device performs one or more operations according to the control command, and the neural device administers neuromodulation stimulation to reinforce operation of the controllable device.
