  • Patent number: 11211140
Abstract: Disclosed herein are related to a system and a method of authenticating a device. In one aspect, a first challenge is identified from first challenges, where each of the first challenges has a consistent response with a stability above a first threshold across a variation of the device. In one aspect, a first response to the first challenge is received from the device. In one aspect, whether the first response matches the consistent response of the first challenge is determined. In one aspect, a second challenge from second challenges is identified, where each of the second challenges has an inconsistent response with a stability under a second threshold across the variation. In one aspect, a second response to the second challenge is received from the device. In one aspect, the device is authenticated responsive to determining that the first response matches the consistent response of the first challenge.

  • Patent number: 11212351
Abstract: Systems and methods described herein can relate to a web browser-based application programming interface (API) that can control the authorization of data transmissions within a networked environment. The system enables content items displayed in a web page to make a call to the browser to request that the browser register the content item with the browser. The web browser can control the network transmissions to content items approved or authorized by the web browser. The system can reduce the number of transmissions that do not result in content for the client device—saving bandwidth and computational resources for the client device.

  • Patent number: 11209022
Abstract: The VEHICLE WITH TRAVELING WAVE THRUST MODULE APPARATUSES, METHODS AND SYSTEMS include force or forces applied to an arc-like flexible sheet-like material to create a deformed crenated strip fin with strained-deformations. The strained-deformations take on a sinusoid-like form that express the internal energy state of the flexible sheet-like material after it has been configured into a crenated strip fin. After being incorporated into a mechanism with couplings that prevent the crenated strip fin from returning to its un-strained state, the strained-deformations persist. Actuators may be used to sequentially rotate vertebrae attached to the fins causing the travel of sinusoid-like deformations along the fins. The fin, fin actuator or actuators, power source and central controller may be incorporated into a thrust module. Two thrust modules couple to each other via roll actuators and flexible coupling members may form a vehicle with exceptional maneuverability.

  • Patent number: 11209569
Abstract: Methods and tools for determining one or more parameters of an earth formation using time-of-flight (TOF) measurements of fast neutrons through the formation are disclosed. The disclosed tools feature a neutron source capable of emitting a population of fast neutrons having a distribution of neutron energies and one or more neutron detectors. The TOF of the fast neutrons travelling from the neutron source to the detector(s) and traversing a portion of the formation is measured and binned as a function of TOF (which is a function of neutron energy). By determining which neutron energies are attenuated by the intervening formation, the composition of the intervening formation is determined.

  • Patent number: 11210082
Abstract: The method conducts a dialogue sequence using a service provider machine having a provider application with computer-executable instructions and code. The instructions can be directly executed on the service provider machine. The code must be translated before it can be executed on a computer processor of the service provider machine. The provider application conducts the following portion of the dialogue sequence. It first receives information associated with data entry associated with a dialogue sequence. At least a portion of the information is then stored. Second code is received that replaces or supplements the code to produce first updated code. The first updated code adapts the provider application to conduct the provider application's portion of a modified dialogue sequence. The second code must be translated before it can be executed on a computer processor of the service provider machine. Third code is then sent that facilitates a recipient's portion of the modified dialogue sequence.

  • Patent number: 11211216
Abstract: An electrical relay (2) includes an electromagnetic drive system for providing bi-directional drive. The electrical relay (2) includes a first a coil (212) and a second coil (213). A current is supplied to the coils (212) and (213) in opposite directions. The two coils (212) and (213) can be used to accelerate the armature in either direction in relation to the two contacts. This can be used to drive the armature to either one of the contacts and to accelerate and decelerate the armature during a single transit. In the latter regard, the armature can be accelerated and decelerated to shorten the transit time, reduce bounce, reduce wear on the contacts, and allow for different contact material options.

  • Patent number: 11211236
Abstract: Real-time search (RTS) for mass spectrometry is described. In one aspect, a mass spectrometer can identify a candidate peptide for a product ion spectrum by searching a mass spectral database. While executing the search of the mass spectral database, a candidate peptide score representing a confidence of a match between the product ion spectrum and a theoretical mass spectrum stored in the mass spectral database is generated. A failing score can be promoted to a passing result based on attributes of the candidate peptide.

  • Patent number: 11207060
Abstract: Systems, methods and compositions relating to delivering synthetic polymer formulations to the body are described, which can be used by a range of medical personnel including those with minimal experience and training. Under some embodiments, the present invention relates to systems and devices for delivering polymer formulations to a body cavity (e.g. peritoneal cavity) to reduce or stop bleeding. Under some embodiments, an initial percutaneous access pathway is first formed using a delivery device with a probe and needle mechanism that automatically stops the advance of the device upon insertion into a body cavity or space, thus minimizing user error and improving patient safety. The hollow probe then allows transmission of polymer, mixed with gas and/or additional substances, from a holding chamber or canister to flow through the device and hollow probe into the patient's anatomic cavity or space of interest, stopping expansion when the device senses the appropriate pressure.
