Abstract: A module includes an assembly of a semiconductor device die coupled to a lead frame. A board is disposed below the lead frame. The board includes a plated-through hole (PTH) aligned with an opening in the lead frame above the board. The module further includes a mold body encapsulating at least a portion of the assembly. The mold body includes a through-mold via (TMV) aligned with the opening in the lead frame and with the PTH. The PTH is physically accessible from outside the mold body through the TMV and the opening in the lead frame.

Abstract: One example system includes a biosensor applicator having a housing defining a cavity configured to receive and physically couple to a biosensor device, and to apply the biosensor device to a wearer; an applicator coil antenna oriented around a first axis; and a biosensor device including a biosensor coil antenna; a first wireless transceiver electrically coupled to the biosensor coil antenna; a Bluetooth antenna; and a second wireless transceiver coupled to the Bluetooth antenna; wherein the biosensor device is physically coupled to the biosensor applicator and positioned at least partially within the cavity; and wherein the applicator coil antenna is configured to wirelessly receive electromagnetic (“EM”) energy from a remote coil antenna and wirelessly provide at least a first portion of the received EM energy to the biosensor coil antenna.

Abstract: A light-based dental treatment system includes a handle generator having a generator housing and at least one light element configured to generate therapeutic light. The handle generator includes an alignment collet having a light passage extending along a movable interior collet profile. At least one delivery shaft assembly is selectively coupled with the handle generator. The at least one delivery shaft assembly includes a delivery shaft having proximal and distal shaft profile and a proximal light port. A distal light port of the delivery shaft is configured to deliver therapeutic light from the delivery shaft to a treatment location. The interior collet profile of the alignment collet is configured to grasp the delivery shaft and align the proximal light port with the at least one light element.

Abstract: A hookah table system includes a table. The table includes a table top, a bottom enclosure, a side attachment point and a plurality of legs connected to the table top. The hookah system is positioned on the bottom enclosure and includes a mixing chamber configured to receive a smokable substance and a heating element positioned between a fan and the mixing chamber, the heating element is configured to generate thermal energy. The fan is configured to pull outside air into the hookah system creating a supply of air for circulation throughout the hookah system. A first portion of the thermal energy generated by the heating element is absorbed by the air passing through the heating element to form heated air, the heated air being transferred to the mixing chamber for heating the smokable substance.

The pop-up cover may be made of breathable fabric panels having an integrated frame, for example a flexible frame, which can be folded (collapsed) on itself, for example when folded in specific ways if appropriate force is applied and which keeps the fabric in a taught, open position when unfolded (preventing the panels form falling inwards onto each other). The pop up cover can be lightweight and compact, quick and easy to set up, dark inside and breathable.

Abstract: Apparatuses, systems, and methods relate to limiting torque applied to a rear axle. A vehicle includes a frame, a front tractive assembly coupled to the frame, a rear tractive assembly coupled to the frame, a prime mover coupled to the frame, a front tractive sensor, an output sensor, and a controller. The front tractive assembly includes a front axle. The rear tractive assembly includes a rear axle. The prime mover drives the front tractive assembly and the rear tractive assembly to propel the vehicle. The front tractive sensor collects data indicating a front power usage. The output sensor collects data indicating a power output of the prime mover. The controller is communicatively coupled to the front tractive sensor, the output sensor, and the prime mover. The controller de-rates the prime mover when the power output equals a sum of the power threshold and the front power usage.

Abstract: A motor vehicle for operation by a driver has a frame with wheels and a motor connected to the frame. A steering control is connected to the wheels to establish a steering angle. A controller is operably connected to the steering control, to the motor, and to the wheels, and is operable to selectably drive the wheels in a forward direction in a drive mode and in a rearward direction in a reverse mode. The controller is operable to select a direction for driving the wheels in response to a pattern of steering angle movements, without operator indication of a direction.

Abstract: The present invention comprises buffered ophthalmic formulations and methods for antiseptically treating or pretreating ocular surfaces for invasive surgical or treatment procedures. The buffered compositions of the present invention comprise antiseptic agents within an aqueous gel or semi-gel formulation, to provide enhanced methods of treating ocular surfaces prior to surgical or other invasive procedures. Buffered ophthalmic formulations provide additional benefits to standard non-buffered preparations including decreased toxicity to the ocular surfaces, which improves post-procedural discomfort and vision.

A first actuator is configured to move the header unit between a field position, in which the wheel contacts a ground surface to support the header unit, and to an elevated position in which the header unit is positioned further from the ground as compared with the field position. A first retaining element is mounted to the chassis. A second retaining element is mounted to the header unit. The second retaining element is configured to be releasably engaged to the first retaining element. A second actuator is provided for moving the first retaining element from a first position in which the first retaining element is remote and disengaged from the second retaining element to a second position in which the first retaining element is engaged with the second retaining element.

Abstract: A roof vent member with an integrated fan assembly is disclosed. The fan assembly may be installed, removed, replaced, maintained, etc. from underneath the roof without having to get on the roof or otherwise disrupt the roof envelope. The roof vent may include a subflashing, the fan assembly, sealing elements, screens, and other features. A secondary roof vent member may be included which may include solar panels. Associated methods of using the vent members, such as installing, removing, and replacing the vent member or various components thereof, are further disclosed.

Abstract: This document relates to distributed devices teleconferencing. Some implementations can employ adaptive microphone selection based on signal characteristics such as signal-to-noise ratios or speech quality, and/or based on a microphone affinity approach. The selected microphone signals can be synchronized and mixed to generate a playback signal that is sent to a remote device. Further implementations can perform proximity-based mixing, where microphone signals received from devices in a particular room can be omitted from playback signals transmitted to other devices in the same room. These techniques can allow enhanced call quality for teleconferencing sessions where co-located users can employ their own devices to participate in a call with other users.

Abstract: A communication creation system for generating a communication using a remote terminal can include at least one memory including computer program instructions and at least one processor and may be interactively accessed by one or more client-users through the terminal. The system may receive client-user specified data insertion instructions from the remote terminal. The data insertion instructions may comprise client-user specified data and instructions for insertion of third-party data. Third-party data may be automatically requested and received from a third-party technology service provider using an adaptive engine implemented by the processor, the memory and the computer program instructions. The system may process the data insertion instructions in accordance with the least one client-user generated rule/instruction, insert the client-user specified data into a first specified zone of a template for the communication and insert the third-party data into a second specified zone of the template.

Abstract: Systems and methods for providing an individualized map highlighting undiscovered areas of a locale. In particular, systems and methods are provided for providing a map that visually differentiates areas a user has visited from areas a user has yet to explore. In some implementations, generalized maps are displayed with highlighted and lowlighted areas representing unexplored and explored areas of the map. A generalized map can show popular tourist destinations or other features of each area. In some examples, specific map details of a particular area are revealed when a user selects the particular map area. In some examples, unexplored areas are revealed when a user elects to visit the unexplored area.

Abstract: Securing a file against user actions in a computer network includes processing a request for a file-directed action that identifies a user, a file, and a mode of file access. Generating a mediated covenant of association that defines constraints of the user action and is produced by node-by-node informatic convolution of a hierarchy of informational nodes present in profiles of the user, the file and the mode. Enforcing securing of the user actions with a computer security event-specific model based on an instance of trust derived from the covenant of association.
