  • Patent number: 11741769
Abstract: A global resource locator (GRL) device can be used to identify a missing asset. The GRL device can include a memory device and a processor. The processor can be coupled to the memory device. The processor can be configured to receive a communication from one or more of a plurality of GRL devices proximate the GRL device. The processor can be configured to store data received from the plurality of GRL devices on the memory device. The processor can be configured to determine that a missing GRL device of the plurality of GRL devices is missing based at least in part upon subsequent communication with a subset of the plurality of GRL devices. The processor can be configured to transmit a notification that the missing GRL device is missing to a non-GRL receiving device.

  • Patent number: 11579239
Abstract: A global resource locator (GRL) device can be used to track a physical asset. The GRL device can a semiconductor chip with a processor and a timing device. The semiconductor chip can generate a timing signal. The GRL device can include a blockchain, a communication device, and a memory in logical communication with the processor. The memory can store an identifier, a public key, a private key, and a hash. The communication device can communicate wirelessly with an authenticated radio source, the micro sized timing device, and the blockchain. Each authenticated radio source can be located at a respective reference location. The communication device can receive wireless timing signals from at least three authenticated radio sources. The GRL device can be affixed to a product.

  • Patent number: 11379853
Abstract: A Certified Quick Response Code (“CQR”) is associated with a trusted Product Certificate Authority (“PCA”), which in turn is associated with a unique top-level domain (“TLD”). A CQR affixed to a product may point to a URL comprising the unique TLD. A consumer may know by virtue of the association of the TLD with the PCA that the product is legitimate, while a product manufacturer can better monitor counterfeit goods by further associating each CQR with a universal unique identifier.

  • Patent number: 11227460
Abstract: A global resource locator (GRL) device can be used to track a physical asset. The GRL device can include a miniature atomic clock (MAC) and a processor communicatively coupled to the MAC. The processor can be configured to calculate a first location of the GRL device at a first time based on the MAC and determine that the first location is outside of a particular geofence. The processor can be configured to calculate a second location of the GRL device at a second time based on the MAC and determine that the second location is within the particular geofence. The processor can be configured to generate an event indicating the GRL device has crossed a border into the particular geofence based on the second location being inside of the particular geofence.
