    Abstract: An apparatus for installing an escape slow lowerer stably at an arbitrary place on a building. The apparatus has a ladder body, horizontal rods mounted on the ladder body and vertical rods mounted slidably and lockably on the horizontal rods to form a gate-like shape for holding the building. The apparatus further comprises a foldable ladder connected to the ladder body and a column having a metal fixture for supporting the escape lowerer.
