  • Patent number: 11263672
Abstract: Fueling station network management systems and methods generate rating metrics and/or rankings regarding one or more fueling stations based, in part, on user fueling experience feedback data. A user device can include an application through which user feedback can be received and communicated to a data server. Additionally, the fueling station can also provide information, such as a status of the fueling station, to the data server. The data server can provide suggested fueling stations to a user based on the user's location and/or the user feedback and fueling station data. An incentivization system can be included to incentivize users to provide feedback regarding their fueling experience.

  • Patent number: 6042066
Abstract: A tension pole comprising an outer, lower pole piece and an inner, upper pole piece. The bottom of the lower pole piece and the top of the upper pole piece are provided with rubber feet. The pole pieces are telescopable to adjust the length of the tension pole. A locking mechanism is provided which further telescopes one piece relative to the other to lock the tension pole between floor and ceiling with the rubber feet absorbing at least a part of the telescopic movement due to the locking action. Locking is done by turning a handle. Also, the locking/telescoping action simultaneously frictionally engages the pole pieces together to further secure the device.

  • Patent number: 6027089
Abstract: A mounting bracket for a tension pole or other structure is provided. The bracket is provided with a spine which is fittable into a channel of a tension pole, scaffolding, or other primary support. The spine is preferably a parallelogram or a half-dovetail in section. A rotatable locking flange is provided in a break in the spine. When the locking flange is in the unlocked position, it is coaxial with the spine. When the locking flange is rotated into the locked position, the axis of the flange is orthogonal to the axis of the spine, and at least one of the ends of the flange juts out beyond the profile of the spine and behind the angled walls of the channel of the primary support. A handle is provided to facilitate rotation of the locking flange from an unlocked position to a locked position and back.

  • Patent number: 4865781
Abstract: A method of constructing a wall is shown in which vertical columns are erected by stacking a series of precast concrete elements. The elements are spaced-apart by temporary end members to define an upright passage within the column. Concrete is poured within the passage to fill the column interior. After the concrete hardens, the end members are removed to provide oppositely arranged, vertically extending recesses on the column exteriors. The distance between two completed columns is spanned by sliding a precast panel within two of the columns vertical recesses.
