Abstract: A game is provided which combines the elements of chance and coordinative skills. An elevated gaming surface is provided. Cooperatively mounted in the lowest end of the gaming surface is a game piece launcher. The game piece is a marble, steel ball or the like. The launcher includes a spring biased projector and a launch pad which is elevated and helical. On the upward end of the gaming surface are a plurality of annular concentric rings including scoring means for computing the score given to a launched game piece. Covering the gaming surface is a rigid transparent cover having an underside of predetermined configuration for cooperating with a projected ball and thereby guiding the projected ball in relation to the scoring indicia provided on the gaming surface. Tilting of the game surface causes return of the game piece or pieces to the starting position after computation of the score.

Abstract: A game device is provided which has a high degree of sustained recreational and entertainment value. The game includes a housing fitted with a removable screen. The screen includes indicia which simulate a field of play, for instance a tennis court, hockey field, soccer field or the like. Screens with different fields of play may be interchangeably mounted on the housing. A boom is mounted in the housing for universal movement in a plan substantially parallel to the screen. A signal means is mounted in the universally movable end of the boom for projecting a signal on the screen simulating a play action game piece, for instance, a tennis ball or hockey puck in play on the simulated field. The signal end of the boom is reciprocable with the housing across the screen. Deflectors are movably mounted in the housing for buffeting the signal end of the boom across the screen at random verticals to the reciprocal horizontal.

Abstract: A D.C. potential controller is provided for controlling the magnitude and polarity of a D.C. potential applied to a D.C. drive motor. The controller includes a supply device for producing a potential having a predetermined polarity and magnitude and including a first fixed terminal referenced to said predetermined polarity and potential and a second fixed terminal referenced to a reference potential. A regulating element is displaceable between first and second polarity selecting positions, and is further coordinately displaceable from either first or second polarity selecting positions through a third position.

Abstract: A fastener assembly for securing a pair of contiguous standards at substantially right-angles relative to each other is provided which includes a fastener comprising first and second perpendicularly oriented webs, and means mounted on the second web for connecting a standard thereto; and including a first standard having a configured through slot, the second web being introduced through the slot until the first web abuts the first standard; and a second standard abutting the second web and being contiguous with the first standard.
