Abstract: A heat press dual-zone temperature control system includes a first plate including an internal heating element and a first temperature sensor and a second plate including an internal heating element and a second temperature sensor. The first plate is arranged adjacent and parallel with the second plate. A controller is configured to provide temperature control, including controlling a temperature of the first plate to a first setpoint based on information from the first temperature sensor, and independently controlling a temperature of the second plate to a second setpoint based on information from the second temperature sensor. A user interface is communicatively coupled with the controller. The user interface includes a first zone configured to receive user input for the first plate and to display information about the first plate, and a second zone configured to receive user input for the second plate and to display information about the second plate.
Abstract: A system for making resin solutions includes a washer tub having an inner wall, an outer wall aligned parallel with the inner wall and spaced apart from the inner wall by a gap, and a sloped floor disposed within the inner wall. The inner wall, the outer wall and the sloped floor form a basin including a square cross-sectional shape with four rounded corners. A fluid circulation loop is located in the gap between the inner wall and the outer wall and wraps around the inner wall more than once for controlling a temperature of the washer tub. An impeller is centrally located above the sloped floor, an electric motor rotates the impeller under control of a controller, and a user interface receives instructions for various operating cycles of the impeller.
Abstract: A portion dispensing system including a portioner configured with a controller. The portioner includes a piston configured to move within a container and force product in the container out of a nozzle opening. The controller controls the piston to dispense an input product weight and can detect the weight of dispensed product. The controller can adjust the piston to provide different weights of dispensed product and can provide pullback to substantially provide accurate dosing and eliminate product from oozing out of the nozzle opening.
