Abstract: A superconductive cable is provided which upon normal state, restricts flowing of electric current to a former to the maximum extent to thereby keep a cryogenic state in the superconductive cable stable. The superconductive cable includes a former surrounded by a superconductive layer and a cryostat provided at the outside of the superconductive layer, wherein the former includes a metal wire-wound part around which a plurality of wires is wound and an eddy-current prevention layer provided on the outer face of the wire-wound part, and the metal wires and the eddy-current prevention layer are made of a copper alloy.

Abstract: Disclosed is an optical transmission system capable of transmitting optical signals of E-band and other bands through one optical fiber. The system includes a first thin film filter for receiving optical signals of E-band and other bands at both sides thereof respectively, and multiplexing the optical signals of both E-band and other bands by selectively transmitting wavelength ranges received at one side, reflecting wavelength ranges received at the other side, and then coupling the optical signals of both E-band and other bands; an optical fiber for transmitting the optical signals multiplexed by the first thin film filter to a receiving portion; and a second thin film filter for selectively separating and demultiplexing the E-band and other bands from the optical signals transmitted through the optical fiber.
Abstract: A heat driven acoustic type pulse tube cryocooler has metal knit installed within a driving section cooling a driving gas of an application device using a principle of high temperature superconductivity, and then homogeneously heats the driving gas by way of premixed combustion so that the driving gas generates an acoustic having a predetermined frequency. The orifice installed within a reservoir controls the amount of the driving gas running between the cold reservoir and the pulse tube to constantly maintain a pressure of the cold reservoir. Therefore, the driving gas repeats the process of the compression and expansion centering around the pulse tube, thereby cooling the application device.
