  • Publication number: 20110262812
Abstract: The present invention relates to a negative electrode active material for a lithium secondary battery, a preparation method thereof, and a lithium secondary battery containing the negative electrode active material. The negative electrode active material for the lithium secondary battery according to the present invention is formed by mixing: a carbon material coated with vapor growth carbon fiber (VGCF) and amorphous graphite; and one or more kinds of other carbon material selected from natural graphite, artificial graphite, amorphous-coated graphite, resin-coated graphite and amorphous carbon. According to the present invention, when the negative electrode active material is prepared, the carbon fiber is uniformly dispersed throughout the carbon material, and the carbon material is coated with the amorphous graphite and then mixed with other carbon materials, and thus, a high electrode density can be achieved.

  • Patent number: 7776472
Abstract: Disclosed are an anode material for a secondary battery, a method for producing the same and a secondary battery using the same. The present invention provides the anode material for a secondary battery produced by coating a high-crystallinity core carbonaceous material with a coating carbonaceous material and calcinating the high-crystallinity core carbonaceous material, wherein the anode material has a specific volume of 0.002 cc/g or less. The anode material for a secondary battery of the present invention may be produced by coating a high-crystallinity core carbonaceous material with a coating carbonaceous material and undergoing a predetermined calcination process, and the anode material can have an increased volume ratio of the micropores. Accordingly, the secondary battery of the present invention may be useful to improve charging/discharging capacity and efficiency since sorption of lithium ion in the anode material is improved.

  • Patent number: 7553701
Abstract: The present invention relates to a semiconductor packaging method. The method comprises (S1) applying a die adhesive to an upper surface of a member through screen-printing; (S2) B-stage curing the member having the die adhesive; (S3) attaching a die on the B-stage cured die adhesive; (S4) wire-bonding the die to the member; and (S5) encapsulating the outside of the resultant, after the B-stage curing process of the step S2, a degree of cure of the die adhesive shows a decrease in heat capacity by 80 to 100%, and the step S3 is performed such that the die adhesive maintains an adhesive strength of 10 kgf/cm2 or more at normal temperature after the die attaching.

  • Patent number: 7507082
Abstract: A mold adjustment device of an injection molding machine is required for movement of a rear template that moves depending on a size of a mold in a toggle clamp of the injection molding machine. At this time, a spherical bearing and/or a bushing is attached to an outer circumference of a nut of a tie bar gear that rotates along a tie bar and a tie bar screw enduring a clamping force of the toggle clamp so as to be contacted with the rear template. This mold adjustment device clears up any factor generating vibration or noise during the injection molding, thereby remarkably decreasing stoppage generated during the mold adjustment process and also relatively reducing vibration and noise.
