Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a battery module cooling structure which uniformly cools heat generated in a battery module, and a cooling block includes a first cooling module positioned at any one portion of upper or lower portions of a battery module and a second cooling module positioned at the other portion of upper or lower portions of the battery module.
Abstract: A vehicle has an engine, an electric generator, a drive motor, and a battery, the electric generator driven by the engine to generate electric power, the drive motor driven by the electric power, and regenerative electric power of the drive motor supplied to the battery. The vehicle has a first mode in which braking force compensation by a friction brake is executed during accelerator OFF regeneration which is regeneration by the drive motor where no accelerator operation is executed, and a second mode in which the braking force compensation by the friction brake is not executed during the accelerator OFF regeneration. The method includes executing limitation of input to the battery and allowing a voltage of the battery to be zero due to the limitation of input or a physical property value of the battery affecting the voltage to be different between the first mode and the second mode.
Abstract: The technical solution relates to the field of electromechanical engineering and can be used in the manufacture of windings for rotating electrical machines (electric motors and electric generators) with or without slots, or for linear electric motors. A coil for manufacturing a polyphase winding for an electrical machine is made in the shape of an isosceles trapezoid from a self-sintering conductor. The active elements of the coil are straight, and the overhangs of the coil are bent at a right angle to the active elements of the coil and are curved along an arc of a circle in the case of rotating electrical machines or are straight in the case of linear electric motors. The dimensions of the trapezoid are determined by the width of the active element of the coil, the width of a tooth of the core, the thickness of the coil and the acute angle of the trapezoid.

Abstract: Methods and apparatus for beamforming in MIMO systems are disclosed. In an embodiment, a method is provided that includes associating a plurality of signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) ranges with a plurality of precoding schemes, respectively, identifying groups of user equipment (UE) that have SNRs within each SNR range, and configuring downlink transmissions to each group of UE to use a precoding scheme associated with the SNR range of that group.

Abstract: A control circuit is included in a first die of a stacked semiconductor device. The first die further includes a transistor that is electrically connected to the control circuit. The transistor is configured to be controlled by the control circuit to selectively block a die-to-die interconnect. In this way, the die-to-die interconnect may be selectively blocked to isolate the first die and a second die of the stacked semiconductor device for independent testing after bonding. This may increase the effectiveness of a testing to identify and isolate defects in the first die or the second die, which may further increase the effectiveness of performing rework or repair on the stacked semiconductor device.

Abstract: A locking assembly for releasably-locking a lid to a container includes shaped portions disposed on the lid and container that are configured to allow slidable engagement of the lid relative to the container along a movement axis. A locking nub disposed on a wall of the container and a nub receiving portion disposed on the lid are engaged when the lid and container are slidably engaged together, which restricts sliding movement of the lid relative to the container along the movement axis The wall of the container is inwardly depressible to move the locking nub outwardly of the nub receiving portion, which allows slidable movement relative to the container along the movement axis.
Abstract: A method and a device for controlling an OHT vehicle are proposed. The method and device presents a solution in which it is possible to minimize a repetition of start and stop of a vehicle, due to congestion on a track, by providing a buffer distance or a buffer waiting time, when the control target vehicle starts due to moving out of range of a proximity distance to a preceding vehicle, after stopping according to reaching of the proximity distance to the preceding vehicle, during driving the OHT control target vehicle.
