Abstract: A T-type buck-boost power factor correction (PFC) rectifier (TBPR) comprises a power inductor, first and second storage capacitors, and first, second and third bi-directional switches. The first bidirectional switch connects a power supply input to a first end of the power inductor, the second bidirectional switch connects the first end of the power inductor to a first end of the first capacitor and the third bidirectional switch connects the first end of the power inductor to a first end of the second capacitor. At the same time, the second end of the first capacitor, the second end of the second capacitor and the second end of the power inductor are connected to a common node.

Abstract: The disclosure relates to a pre-5th-Generation (5G) or 5G communication system to be provided for supporting higher data rates Beyond 4th-Generation (4G) communication system such as Long Term Evolution (LTE). A method for handling handover by a UE (400) is provided. The method includes determining, by User Equipment (UE), whether a measurement identity (ID) of a first neighboring cell and a measurement ID of a second neighboring cell are same. If the measurement ID of the first neighboring cell and the measurement ID of the second neighboring cell are different, the method includes prioritizing sending of a measurement report of the first neighboring cell over a measurement report of the second neighboring cell to a serving cell.

The IMS method comprises: encoding a search data and a storage data by a first IMS encoding into a first IMS encoded search data and a first IMS encoded storage data; encoding the first IMS encoded search data by a second IMS encoding into a plurality of search voltages; encoding the first IMS encoded storage data by the second IMS encoding into a plurality of threshold voltages of a plurality of memory cells of a plurality IMS memory cells of the IMS memory device; and searching the IMS memory cells by the search voltages to generate a search result.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a semiconductor deposition monitoring device comprising a supporting table, a chamber, a lamp, an optical sensor, a conduit, a plurality of sensors in the conduit, and a heat exchanger. The supporting table supports a deposition target wafer on which a deposition material is deposited. The chamber comprises an upper dome and a lower dome. The lamp emits light to the chamber. The optical sensor receives the irradiated light and measures the deposition material formed in the chamber. The conduit has an inlet conduit through which air is injected into the chamber and an outlet conduit through which the air is discharged from the chamber. The plurality of sensors sense information of the air. The sensed information may be used to control the heat exchanger.

Abstract: Disclosed are a hollow cathode discharge assistant transformer coupled plasma source and an operation method of the same. A reaction chamber with an annular channel is provided, and a ferrite transformer with a first ferrite magnetic core wound with a first coil and a second ferrite magnetic core wound with a second coil and a drive power source is provided. The drive power source applies an AC power supply with a first voltage to the first coil to generate an alternating magnetic field. The second coil generates a second voltage by inducing the alternating magnetic field to excite a working gas in the annular channel into a plasma through a hollow cathode discharge mechanism. The annular channel induces the alternating magnetic field through a transformer coupled plasma mechanism to generate an induced electric field to excite the plasma to form an electric current in the annular channel.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure relates to an integrated circuit including an array of memory cells having the word lines and high-voltage power lines positioned on one side of the transistors and the bit lines and low voltage power lines positioned on the other side of the transistor. The memory cells according to the present disclosure also improve routing efficiency, thus, removing bottleneck of further scaling both SRAM cell.

Abstract: Described herein are non-human organisms for producing triacylglycerol wherein the non-human organism is genetically modified to express a lysophosphatidic acid acyltransferase specific for C16:0-Coenzyme A (C16:0 LPAT) and wherein, once expressed, the C16:0 LPAT is localised in the endoplasmic reticulum. Also described are non-human organisms for producing triacylglycerol in which (a) a lysophosphatidic acid acyltransferase specific for C16:0-Coenzyme A (C16:0 LPAT) is localised in the endoplasmic reticulum; and (b) activity of native endoplasmic reticulum lysophosphatidic acid acyltransferase (ER LPAT) is suppressed or prevented. Further described are non-human organisms in which a chloroplast lysophosphatidic acid acyltransferase (LPAT) is expressed, wherein said chloroplast LPAT lacks a functional chloroplast targeting signal. The disclosure also relates to methods for extracting triacylglycerol from the organisms and the use thereof in infant formula.

The target value of the traffic parameter meets a delay requirement of the service flow, the target value falls within a range determined based on the first limit value of the traffic parameter and the second limit value of the traffic parameter, and the first limit value is not equal to the second limit value. The first controller sends the target value of the traffic parameter.

The IoT device includes a processor, a memory, a first antenna, and a second antenna. A transmit distance of the second antenna is less than a transmit distance of the first antenna. When instructions stored in the memory are executed by the processor, the IoT device is configured to receive a first message indicating to add a shared control device for the IoT device; send, through the second antenna, a second message including device information of the IoT device; receive, in response to the second message, a third message including device information of the second electronic device; and send, through the first antenna, a fourth message including the device information of the second electronic device to the first electronic device.

Abstract: This document describes a method for identifying anomaly constructs in real-time based on multimodal surveillance data, the identification being done using a multimodal sensory and cognitive abstraction module. Meta-descriptors are generated for the surveillance data and subsequently, meta-descriptor embeddings are generated for the meta-descriptors whereby the meta-descriptor embeddings are used by an anomaly assertion model to detect anomaly constructs within the surveillance data.
