The cover layer includes convex portions on the first surface that fill the grooves, and one or more concave portions on the second surface that are aligned on one or more convex portions.

The filtering device including: a sucking apparatus including an sucking port for sucking the first substance; a spraying apparatus, including a spraying port oriented a region that the sucking port is capable of sucking in a bottom of the soaking tank, and the spraying port being configured to spry liquid or gas to flush the bottom of the soaking tank; and a filtering apparatus, connected to the sucking apparatus to receive and filter the first substance sucked by the sucking port.

Abstract: The present invention discloses chip packaging structure embodiments. The chip packaging structure may comprise a chip, at least one RF bonding plate, and a ground bonding plate. The ground bonding plate has at least one groove facing the at least one RF bonding plate; the RF bonding plate has a protruding section extending, with a gap, into one groove; an RF connection terminal on a front side of the chip reaches a back side of the chip through an RF metal via and connects to the protruding section of one RF bonding plate. Ground connection terminals on the front side of the chip reach the back side of the chip through ground metal vias and connect to the ground bonding plate. The present invention solves the problem of performance degradation in traditional WB packaging under high frequencies and high complexity and cost in FC packaging processes.

Abstract: A power control method of a power control device, includes: rectifying, by a rectifier, an input current of a system including the power control device; sensing, by a current sensor, a first current through a first switch and a second current through a second switch, wherein the first switch and the second switch are connected to an output of the rectifier; filtering the sensed first current and the sensed second current through a low pass filter; sampling, by a processor, the filtered first current and the filtered second current once per switching cycles of the first switch and the second switch; and performing balancing control based on the sampled first current and the sampled second current such that an average value of the first current through the first switch and the second current through the second switch is uniform or is substantially uniform for a period.

Abstract: A low water content cathode material, a preparation method thereof, and a lithium-ion battery are provided. The low water content cathode material includes: a cathode material core, and an outer film layer being coated outside the cathode material core, in which, the outer film layer includes at least one carbon-based layer formed by an oxygen-free carbon source. In the preparation method, by coating a cathode material precursor with an oxygen-free carbon source, a resulting cathode material itself has a water content of 600 ppm or below and has the function of a protective film, such that the cathode material has low water absorption when exposed to a humid environment, and can improve the safety performance of a lithium-ion battery.

Abstract: An ejector for a laundry treatment appliance includes a housing with a flow channel for allowing water flow to flow therethrough.
