Abstract: An optical component having an incident surface and a light exiting surface wherein where a collimated light is incident on the incident surface, the light intensity of the outgoing light from the light exiting surface is anisotropic along an azimuth angle of 30° to the normal and a ratio of the maximum intensity value and the minimum intensity value is 1.2 or more and a plurality of irregular lens rows are aligned on one of the incident surface and the light exiting surface to form an angle within a range of ?30° to +30° on the incident surface or light exiting surface.
