  • Patent number: 11306496
Abstract: A method is defined for attaching mounted parts on a mounting substrate formed of concrete or masonry, having a group of anchors wherein the following is true for the ratio VSd/NSd of the rated value for the transverse load VSd and of the rated value of the tensile load NSd of at least one anchor in the anchor group: VSd/NSd?0.3, preferably VSd/NSd?0.6 and particularly preferably VSd/NSd?1.0, and wherein the characteristic resistances of these anchors to transverse loading VRk or to tensile loading NRk satisfy the following relationship: VRk/NRk?1.1. The at least one anchor of the anchor group is inclined at an angle ?Anker to the perpendicular to the surface of the mounting substrate in such a manner that the following is true: ?Anker=k*¾*arc tan (VSd/NSd) for NSd>0, and ?Anker=k*67.5° for NSd=0, where: 0.8?k?1.34, providing that ?Anker?75°.

  • Patent number: 10378572
Abstract: The invention relates to an anchoring system for anchoring in a drill hole. The anchoring system comprises a sleeve element and an expansion element. The sleeve element consists at least in some sections of a plastics material and is suitable for insertion into a drill hole. The expansion element comprises a threaded portion into which the sleeve element can be screwed and is suitable to radially expand the sleeve element during the screwing action. The anchoring system is characterized in that the threaded portion has a thread pitch which varies along the threaded portion.

  • Patent number: 10233957
Abstract: The present invention relates to a coil (10) for transmitting torque to a threaded insert sleeve with an external thread and/or for tapping a thread. The coil (10) comprises a radially outer profile for anchoring the coil (10) in a threaded insert sleeve and for transmitting a torque to the threaded insert sleeve and/or for tapping a thread. In addition, the coil (10) comprises a driving profile suitable for receiving a drive, which can engage in the driving profile in such a way that a torque can be transmitted from the drive to said coil (10) and that at the same time the drive limits or avoids any torsion of the coil (10).

  • Patent number: 10065293
Abstract: The present invention relates to a drive tool, a screw and a system for transmitting a drive torque. The drive tool can be guided in a receiving recess of a connecting partner, in particular in a receiving recess of the screw, and transmit the drive torque during a rotation about a central axis. The drive tool has radially outwardly projecting first projections which are wedgeshaped in cross-section and which are suitable for transmitting the drive torque to the connecting partner. The drive tool comprises a quasi-cylindrical section in which all of the surface lines in the region of the quasicylindrical section form an angle of less than 10° with the central axis, but the outer face is, at least in sections, of conical form such that the surface lines in the respective section are inclined by at least 1.5° with respect to the central axis.
