Abstract: A device for containing and dispensing fluid substances includes a container having an opening and a cavity, means for connecting a first connection element, a bag with a first part, a neck and a flange, a pump, a ring nut element suitable to connect the pump and bag to the first connection element, the first connection element including upper and lower parts delimiting a tubular through seat for housing the neck and pump, the upper part including an upper opening delimited by a wall for resting a portion of the flange and connection means suitable to cooperate with counter connection means provided for in the ring nut element, the lower part of the first connection element including a lower opening and counter connection means suitable to cooperate with the connection means, the transversal dimensions of the opening being greater than or equal to the maximum transversal dimensions of the bag.
Abstract: A method for making a fluid substance container starting from a preform, the container coupled by a ring nut to a hermetic pump to form a fluid substance dispensing device, including heating and blow-moulding the preform to obtain the container; the preform formed of an external body and an internal body mutually assembled before being blow-moulded, the external body being cup-shaped with a first free end, the internal body being cup-shaped with a second free end having a flange whereby, when the internal body and external body are assembled, the flange abuts the first free end and protrudes a distance along an external perimeter of the external body near the free end, the external body being configured to form—once blow-moulded—the external recipient of the container while the internal body is configured to form a deformable bag housed inside the container, the ring nut having a undercut which engages the flange so that when the ring nut is removed the now empty deformable bag comes with it, in addition to t
Abstract: A device for dispensing a fluid substance (F) comprising a manually operated pump (2) coupled to a deformable bag (3), the deformable bag being housed inside a container (4); the container (4) is formed of a collar (5) made of plastic material snap-coupled to a tubular element (6) formed from a paper or cardboard-based material.
Abstract: A device for dispensing a fluid substance includes a manually operated pump with a hollow stem movable counter to a spring, the hollow stem coupled with a piston which slides in a sealed manner inside a cup body to define a compression chamber coupled with a first valve element for the inlet of the fluid substance into the compression chamber fluidly coupled with a second valve element for the outlet of the fluid substance from the compression chamber, there being a dispensing button equipped with a dispensing nozzle mounted on the hollow stem, the dispensing button featuring at least one channel for supplying the fluid substance to the nozzle; the nozzle is formed of an essentially rigid body which is secured, in a sealed manner, into a seat in the dispenser button, the rigid body being coupled with a deformable body defining a dispensing port so that during dispensing, the deformable body—at least in the vicinity of the dispensing port—deforms and then returns to its non-deformed configuration thereafter.
Abstract: A refill device for a container having an opening to a cavity including a first connection element with first connection means for removably connecting the refill device to the opening, a bag first part filled with a substance for housing in the container, a neck and a connection part between the neck and the first part, and a flange, a pump, a ring nut element connected to the first connection element to connect the pump and bag thereto, the first connection element including a body with an upper part including an upper opening delimited by a wall for resting a portion of the flange and connection means, a lower part including an opening and first means for removably connecting the refill device, the first connection element including second connection means for removably connecting a protection element to the first connection element before associating the refill device with the container.
Abstract: A device for dispensing a fluid substance (F) comprising a manually operated pump (2) coupled to a deformable bag (3), the deformable bag being housed inside a container (4); the container is formed of a collar (5) made of plastic coupled to a tubular element (6) formed from a paper- or cardboard-based material, the tubular element featuring a bottom (7), the collar (5) featuring ribs (N) made on a surface thereof which comes into contact with an internal wall of the tubular element (6).
