    Abstract: A fired heater includes a fired heater body with an air inlet and a flue gas outlet, and a flue gas waste heat recovery system communicated with the fired heater body and including at least two heat exchange chambers. A first port of each of the heat exchange chambers can be communicated with the flue gas outlet or the air inlet, and a second port of each of the heat exchange chambers can be communicated with the outside air or a fume extractor. When the first port of at least one heat exchanger chamber is communicated with the flue gas outlet and the second port thereof is communicated with the fume extractor, the first port of at least another heat exchange chamber is communicated with the air inlet and the second port thereof is communicated with the outside air.

    Abstract: A process for hydrocarbon conversion to prepare lower olefins such as ethylene, propylene, etc., and light aromatics by bringing hydrocarbons into contact with a solid granular catalyst. In order to optimize the reaction conditions and product structure and save the capital and operating costs, a piston flow reactor is used in this process and multiple groups of feed inlets, which allow hydrocarbons with different properties to enter the device from different feed inlets and proceed pyrolysis under different operation conditions, are set on the reactor. This process is usable for individual pyrolysis or co-feed pyrolysis of hydrocarbons from refinery gases, liquid hydrocarbons, to heavy residues.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to decoking of a residual oil delayed coke reactor. When decoking, the roller of the flexible pipe winch is rotated to cause the flexible pipe to vertically ascend or descend in the coker wherein the high pressure water rotates the turbine blades of the turbine-reductor which brings the drilling and cutting combination unit into rotation so as to drill a through hole in the coke accumulation and then conduct the decoking operation. The drilling and cutting combination unit is equipped with a pressure control unit so that switchover of the drilling and cutting operations can be automatically performed. The present invention eliminates the use of a derrick, resulting in significant savings in time, quantity of steel, capital investment, and equipment required to facilitate the decoking process and enhance decoking efficiency.
