A collar is movably mounted to the feed channel and includes an insertion which is inserted into an opening in a handle of the juice extractor so as to activate the switch unit to drive the motor and the blade disc. When the collar is moved away from the handle, the insertion is removed from the switch such that the motor and the blade disc are stopped to ensure the safety for the users.

Abstract: A multi-functional food processor contains a machine body and a top cover. It further includes a container and a driving device. The drive shaft of the driving device is extended to the container, and a juicer shredder, a vegetable shredder or a meat grinder blade is selectively installed in the transmission shaft, which is connected to the drive shaft. The top cover is provided with two feed tubes, where the first feed tube is used for feeding vegetables and fruits in conjunction with a first pusher. The second feed tube is used for feeding vegetables or meat into a vegetable shredder or a meat grinder blade in conjunction with push of the second pusher. A safety switch is mounted between the feed tubes, and it allows only one pusher to operate in each sole feed tube thus avoiding the food being fed into the wrong feed tube.

Abstract: A control mechanism includes a driving device and a driven device coupling a bracket that is movably arranged in the deep fryer to the driving device. The driving device drives the basket upward/downward relative to the deep fryer. The driven device has a seat, a guiding slot, a limit having a guiding shaft extending upward to correspond to and be received in the guiding slot and an enclosure enclosing the seat and fixed to a portion of the driving device. A recoil spring is arranged at a rear side of the limit and the pushbutton. The bracket includes a first U-shaped arm and a second U-shaped arm pivotally received in a first pivot cutout and a second pivot cutout in the enclosure respectively.

Abstract: A temperature control device for an electric pot assembly includes a base for receiving a pot therein and a receptacle is connected to the base. A temperature probe 41 includes a bi-metal plate and an end of the temperature probe is connected to a U-shaped resilient member on an outside of the base and the other end of the temperature probe extends through a peripheral wall of the base. A temperature sensing member is connected to the temperature probe and has two overlapped plates. An end of the bi-metal plate contacts one of the plates. The pot has an electric wire and a frame connected to a bottom thereof. The temperature probe is engaged the frame when the pot 1 is put on the base. The two plates are separated to open the circuit when the electric wire is overheated.

Abstract: A protective device for power supply of frying pan comprises a control lever disposed by side of a plurality of heat-source terminals; a power-supply unit laid on a base, having a power-supply chamber and a slot partitioned inside; a protective shield disposed on an inner top face of the power-supply unit, wherein a resilient device is disposed at a rear end of the protective shield to push the latter forward. When the frying pan is out of use, the protective shield is operated to cover an opening of the power-supply chamber, or when the frying pan is put to use, a user is supposed to place a pan casing on the base, then plug the control lever in the slot to push the protective shield backward to thereby open the opening of the power-supply chamber and allow the heat-source terminals to enter a power-supply jack and turn the power on.

Abstract: A deep fryer includes a fryer body containing therein frying oil and a basket movably received within the body to be lifted/lowered down. An L-shaped base member is fixed on top rim of the fryer body, having a vertical section received within the body and a horizontal section extending out of the body to which a handle is pivoted so that the handle is rotatable between a horizontal position and a vertical position. Two U-shaped members are provided, each having a central section rotatably supported on the vertical section of the base member and two legs rotatably attached to and accommodating the basket therebetween. A link received inside and pivoted to the horizontal section of the base member having a first end connected to an arm of the first U-shaped member and a second end opposite to the first end and movably received an arc slot formed on the handle so that by rotating the handle relative to the base member the U-shaped member is driven via the link to lift/lower down the basket within the fryer.
