Abstract: The present invention relates to UV-blocking films for architectural and automotive use that provide 100% UV and blue light blocking. UV-blocking films according to the present invention consist of a transparent base layer and a UV-blocking layer formed on the transparent base layer using a sputtering method. The UV-blocking layer includes one or more oxides selected from a group consisting of zinc, titanium, zirconium, cesium, and silicon, with a wavelength transmission rate of 0% or less in the range of 280-400 nm.
Abstract: The present invention relates to a low-emissivity film for buildings and vehicles that is capable of having excellent visibility and thermal insulation performance. The low-emissivity film for buildings and vehicles comprises: a transparent substrate layer; and an infrared cut-off layer formed on top of the transparent substrate layer by means of sputtering and having a metal layer comprising any one or more metals selected from the group consisting of nickel, chrome, and silver, wherein the low-emissivity film has thermal transmittance of 4.6 W/m2K or less.
