Abstract: The present invention provides an extract of dragon fruit flower. The extract of dragon fruit flower is prepared by the following steps. A dragon fruit flower is provided. The dragon fruit flower is dried and then cut into pieces. An extraction process is provided, which includes a mixing step, a heating step, a cooling step, a reheating step, and an extracting step. In the mixing step, the pieces of the dragon fruit flower are mixed with an alcohol solution to obtain a mixture for processing the following steps. After finishing the extraction process, the mixture is separated into a solid part and a liquid part, wherein the liquid part includes the extract of the dragon fruit flower.
