Abstract: The invention concerns a compressible plate for flexographic printing, designed to be positioned on a support cylinder of a printing machine. The invention is characterised in that said plate (1) comprises a photopolymer layer (10) and a compressible layer (11) made of a material exhibiting voids forming between 10 and 60% by volume of said compressible layer, the material comprising at least 70% by weight of a polymer or a mixture of polymers chemically compatible with the photopolymer.

Abstract: A method for making a multilayer printing blanket whereof at least an outer layer is provided with embedded particles has the embedded in the surface of the outer layer by exerting pressure on said particles. Such a printing blanket is useful in the field of printing machines.
Abstract: A method for making a printing blanket resulting from assembling a plurality of layers employs elastomer layers which do not contain thermal cross-linking agents and are of the thermoplastic type. Such a printing blanket is useful in the field of printing machines.
Abstract: The invention concerns a printing plate in the form of a roller and a method for obtaining same. Said method consists in producing on a first layer, at least a photopolymer film and in coiling said layers on themselves to form a roller. The invention is applicable in flexographic or typographic printing.
Abstract: A method for securing a mounting bar at one end of a blanket including a lithographic layer and a support layer and, interposed between those two layers, at least one reinforcing woven layer. The end of the blanket, where the bar is to be fixed, is stripped until the main or single reinforcement of the blanket is exposed and the bar is fixed at least on the stripped part on the end of the blanket. The invention is applicable to printing machines.
Abstract: A printing sleeve with multiple layers including a printing layer, a compressible layer, and a circumferential stiffening layer. The stiffening layer is located between the compressible layer and the printing layer.
