  • Publication number: 20240127560
Abstract: The invention relates generally to a system and methods by which physical and digital objects co-exist and can be interacted with in real time. More specifically, the system may facilitate outputting interactive content associated with one or more components of a rubber finishing line, such as a baler machine. The system may include a wearable device—such as a hat or helmet—having a plurality of sensors for receiving spatial telemetry data. Based on the data received, the system may identify one or more physical objects and generate content including one or more virtual objects that may be output to a user via a display of the wearable device. Advantageously, the system may facilitate training a user to operate a component of the rubber finishing line or assisting a user with maintaining or repairing a component of the rubber finishing line.

Abstract: A method includes receiving raw data and generating a manufacturing data packet (MDP) that includes at least a portion of the raw data. Generating the MDP includes associating metadata with the raw data and associating a timestamp with the raw data. The timestamp is synchronized to a common reference time. A data model associated with the MDP is obtained. The data model includes one or more predefined data types and one or more predefined data fields. A first data type from the one or more predefined data types is determined based at least in part on characteristics of the raw data. An algorithm is determined based at least in part on the first data type. The MDP is processed according to the algorithm to produce an output. The first data type is associated with the raw data. The output is associated with a data field of the first data type.

  • Publication number: 20240025647
Abstract: An Inventory Management and Delivery System (IMDS system) manages product items within a climate-controlled enclosure (e.g., beverage case) in an automated manner using a product loading (ingestion) subsystem to convey product items into the enclosure's climate-controlled environment and utilizes two gantry robots and an articulated robot to perform all backstocking/storage and delivery/restocking operations. Product items are ingested on standardized crates to simplify backstocking/retrieval of various product types from an array of storage locations using the first (backstocking) gantry robot. During restocking operations, the required crates are retrieved from storage and individual items are extracted and by the articulated robot and transferred to the second (delivery) gantry robot. The second gantry robot utilizes a simplified channel-type delivery mechanism to deliver each product item to its associated display shelf location.

  • Publication number: 20230419225
Abstract: A method for determining whether a given run of a process having a defined protocol is on a trajectory for successful completion is provided. The method includes the step of initiating a run of the defined protocol of the process. During the initiated run, obtaining information reflecting variables that may affect the quality of the process. A preferred trajectory model for achieving a successful implementation of a process is also obtained. The information reflecting the variables that affect the quality of the process are compared with the preferred trajectory model. This comparison allows a determination of offset of the value of the determined variables to the value of the same variables of the preferred trajectory model. The magnitude or amount of offset is indicative of the whether the run initiated in step is on a path or trajectory for success.
