  • Patent number: 7395175
Abstract: A digital data recording apparatus, which can record the exact acquisition time of data, a sampling data identification method thereof, and a program for identifying sampling data, are provided. A CPU 11 reads out the program of a first conversion formula. The CPU 11 uses the first conversion formula to convert a time series of detection temperature data into a time series of actual oscillation frequencies f? of a reference clock signal. At a subsequent step, the CPU 11 calculates the respective normal sampling timings employing the current time as a reference time by dividing a time series of count values by each of the actual oscillation frequencies f? corresponding to the respective count values.

  • Patent number: 5583433
Abstract: A length measuring apparatus that uses an ultrasonic magnetostrictive delay line can detect a position with high accuracy by utilizing a reflected wave positively. In a measuring apparatus using an ultrasonic magnetostrictive delay line in which a wave transmitter (4) is disposed at one end of an ultrasonic magnetostrictive delay line (1), and the other end of the ultrasonic magnetostrictive delay line (1) is made an open end, a detecting coil (3) is wound around the outer periphery of the ultrasonic magnetostrictive delay line (1) over the whole area of the measuring range, a magnet piece (2) is disposed so as to become slidable along the ultrasonic magnetostrictive delay line (1) an a position of the magnet piece (2) is measured on the basis of a delay time of a detection pulse (B) produced in the detection coil (3) relative to a drive pulse (A) applied to the wave transmitter (4), a period (T.sub.

  • Patent number: 5010298
Abstract: A displacement measuring apparatus including a variable inductance coil formed of a pair of coils, on a core of predetermined length made of a material having high magnetic permeability. The pair of coils are disposed on a core adjacent to each other in their axial directions and are covered by a metal sleeve of substantially the same length of one of the coils. A detecting circuit is provided including a high frequency oscillator and a rectifier and is connected to the variable inductance coil, wherein when the metal sleeve is slidably moved, the detecting circuit generates a direct current voltage in correspondence with the displacement of the metal sleeve.

  • Patent number: 4788498
Abstract: A magnetic detector for detecting the magnetic field of a magnetic field generating substance including an even number of saturable coils aligned in a straight line with the distance between adjacent ones larger than the width of the magnetic field generating substance. The saturable coils are separated into at least two pairs, and a high frequency oscillator is provided to supply a high frequency voltage through a resistor circuit to each pair of the saturable coils. A rectifying voltages circuit is arranged across the resistors in a differential manner as an output. When the magnetic field generating substance is displaced over an interval wider than the width thereof relative to the saturable coils, the magnetic detector generates a linear output voltage.
