Abstract: The present disclosure describes a device including a wall protruding from and surrounding a base portion and an open top portion located opposite the base portion. The device may define a volume corresponding to a predetermined macronutrient quantity for a food type. Also described is a kit including a first bowl and a second bowl. In some examples, the first and second bowls each include a wall protruding from and surrounding a base portion and defining an open top portion located opposite the base portion. According to some examples, the first bowl defines a first volume corresponding to a predetermined macronutrient quantity of a first food type and the second bowl defines a second volume corresponding to a predetermined macronutrient quantity of a second food type that is different from the first volume corresponding to the predetermined macronutrient quantity of the first food type.
