    Abstract: A puppet controller including a hand manipulatable frame, a pair of arms mounted on the frame for movement relative to the frame and to each other, the arms being connectible to parts of the puppet for animating the same by arm movement, and a slidable member which in one position permits movement of the arms relative to each other and to the frame and in another position constrains the arms to simultaneous movement relative to the frame.
