Abstract: Disclosed herein is a combination griddle and modular grilling frame comprising in one example a thermally conductive frame having a longitudinal dimension, a transverse dimension, and a lowermost portion forming a perimeter foot. The grilling frame may also provide a transverse divider extending between opposing sides of the perimeter foot. The transverse divider in one example having: a first longitudinal side and a longitudinally opposing second longitudinal side. Also provided is a thermally conductive grilling surface extending between the first longitudinal side of the transverse divider and the portion of the perimeter foot facing the first longitudinal side of the transverse divider. Generally, the area bounded by the second longitudinal perimeter foot and the portion of the perimeter foot facing the second longitudinal side is substantially unobstructed and comprises a surface defining an insert shelf for fitting of a grilling surface such as a perforated plate or mesh panel.

Abstract: Described herein is a cooking assembly, generally comprising two major components, these components being a cooking pan and an insert 24 having a perforated portion which would retain the desired food component within the pan, and allow the fluid component to be removed through the perforations.

Abstract: This disclosure relates to the field of kitchen implements, specifically a kitchen implement for separating the solid portion of gravy from the liquid portion and then dispersing the liquid portion of the gravy through an opening in the bottom of the implement. A handle, release lever, and valve are provided to allow distribution and portion control of the gravy while the implement is in an upright and vertical orientation.

Abstract: The embodiments disclosed herein is having designed specifically for the use in cooking of ribs such as beef ribs, pork ribs etc. although it has been found that the apparatus disclosed herein can also be utilized for other meats such as steaks as well as larger plainer vegetables such as large onions slices sliced eggplant etc. In general, the apparatus will be defined and described in its use relative to cooking of ribs or even understanding. If the disclosure relates to the device which improves upon known prior art cooking racks in that the rack members are not stationary but rather had it about a transverse horizontal axis which allows the need to be pasted on both longitudinal sides for even basting as well as allowing the ribs to be pivoted substantially half way through the cooking process such that the ribs are more evenly cooked on both sides.

Abstract: This application relates to the field of removable handles for cookware. The use of a single interchangeable and removable handle with different pieces of cookware has several advantages. One advantage is that the overall assembly is much smaller to store, as the handle may be removed and stored in a separate location, reducing the overall size of the assembly. In addition, a single handle may be utilized for multiple cooking vessels as it is common for only one handle to be utilized at a single time. Even though multiple cooking vessels may be used simultaneously, the handle is only utilized for repositioning or stabilizing the cooking vessel. In this way, when no cooking vessel is in use, only one handle need be stored, rather than separate (possibly attached) handles for each article of cookware.
