Abstract: A device (10) for producing die-cast components with a die-casting mold (12) and a discharge device which is provided for controlled evacuation of a mold cavity. The device (10) includes at least one vacuum unit (18) and at least one suction line (20) which connects the die-casting mold (12). The suction line (20) terminates at a mold vacuum valve (21) in the mold cavity. The device (10) is connected to a central control system (1). A filter module (2) is inserted in the at least one suction line (20). The filter module (2) contains at least one filter, a moisture sensor, and a pressure sensor.

Abstract: A machine for cooling and truing cast components made from cast material, and includes a construction for holding cast components and a holder to supply cooling liquids. A method to treat a cast component after removal of the cast component from the casting mold, the cast component being loaded immediately with a cooling liquid in a water spray.

Abstract: A method for heat-treating a cast component composed of an aluminum base alloy, in which method the cast component is annealed at a predetermined annealing temperature for a predetermined annealing period in a first heat transfer medium and then transferred into a water bath. Between being annealed and transferred into the water bath, the cast component is transferred into a second heat transfer medium at a predetermined intermediate cooling temperature, where it is held for a predetermined intermediate cooling period.
Abstract: A process for producing a rotationally symmetrical cast aluminium component by die casting, which is reworked partially on its inner and/or outer lateral surfaces. At least a part of the lateral surfaces is not treated and is used as a non-positively locking bearing surface for installation in an assembly and also for bracing the component.
