Patents Assigned to Magnetech
  • Patent number: 11811274
Abstract: The present invention is directed to a power generation machine or device, comprising permanent magnets, a three-phase system, bifilar coils and a magnet arrangement disposed axially to the generator rotor; and comprising a system embedded by magnetic pulse control software for the moment of magnetic collapse or generation of electric power peaks or valleys, whereby a set of sensors detect the precise angular moment in which the coils have stored the maximum magnetic energy and then trigger their magnetic collapse or generation of electric power peaks or valleys by a switching process controlled by the signals coming from said sensors. All these elements are arranged in the rotor and circumferential stator, which generates electrical energy when moving.

  • Patent number: 6805238
Abstract: An apparatus for releasably holding a media storage disk that may include a front and base cover connected in a hinged relationship. A base panel of the base cover may include a centrally located hub disposed on a pair of support arms that may be moved between a relaxed position and a flexed position. The hub may include a plurality of retaining lips that will retain a disk when placed on the hub. A release button may also be provided that cooperatively engages the hub to move the hub between a relaxed position and a flexed position. The release button may cooperatively engage a pair of cam followers situated on the hub so that when the release button is depressed the hub moves between the relaxed position and the flexed position. With a disk held on the hub, when the release button is depressed the hub moves to its flexed position, which retracts the retaining lips within the inside diameter of the center hole of the disk so that the disk may be removed from the hub.

  • Patent number: 4968936
Abstract: The present invention relates to antennas for nuclear magnetic resonance imaging devices. The antenna (10) of the invention essentially is formed of two support plates (11, 12) made of electrically insulating material. Spacers (13) hold the two plates at a fixed distance apart in two parallel planes, and releasably fixing at least one of the two plates (11) to the spacer means (13). At least first and second turns (17, 18) of electrically conductive material are fixed on respective first faces (15, 16) of the two plates in order to form two current loops substantially centered on a common axis (100) perpendicular to the faces with capacitive coupling together of the ends of each current loop. The invention is applicable to scanners, in particular for scanning the human brain.

  • Patent number: 4677067
Abstract: A method for detecting or removing a substance in a medium is presented. Magnetic material, particularly magnetic bacteria or magnetic particles contained therein, are treated to render them receptive to binding or attachment to the substance sought to be detected or removed. Following binding or attachment to the treated magnetic material, the medium is subjected to a magnetic field, which results in removal of the magnetic material and the substance bound or attached thereto.
