  • Patent number: 9784526
Abstract: A stock for a firearm is disclosed. The stock has a length of pull (LOP) adjustment mechanism. The LOP adjustment mechanism is biased towards an engaged configuration and is movable to a disengaged configuration. A locating member protrudes into a stock mounting space and a first arm is in an engagement position when the LOP adjustment mechanism is in the engaged configuration. The locating member is translated such that the locating member does not protrude into the mounting space and the first arm is pivoted into a disengagement position when the LOP adjustment mechanism is in the disengaged configuration.

  • Patent number: 9777985
Abstract: A firearm accessory attachment system and method are disclosed. The system has a first body having a first flanged protrusion coupled to the first body. The first flanged protrusion extends downward from the first body. A second flanged protrusion is coupled to and extends downward from the first body. The second flanged protrusion is positioned a first longitudinal distance from the first flanged protrusion. The system has a second body having a third flanged protrusion. The third flanged protrusion extends downward. The second body is movably coupled to the first body and slidable in a transverse direction. The system has an actuator configured to move the system between a locked configuration having a first envelope flange width defined by the first and third flanges and an unlocked configuration having a second envelope flange width. The second envelope flange width is less than the first envelope flange width.

  • Patent number: 9746264
Abstract: The present invention is an ammunition magazine, preferably made of a reinforced polymer, utilizing a structurally enhancing ridge, angular guide rails and a follower made to interface with said guide rails to reduce wobble. The preferred embodiment also features a protective cover that distributes forces from the spring to more structurally sound areas of the magazine, thus reducing feed end splay, and an ammunition indication system comprised of at least one window and a noticeable marker on the follower spring. The follower and magazine casing are also designed to interface to prevent the follower from popping out of the feed end and the floor plate of the magazine utilizes a locking plate and sliding relationship between the floor plate, locking plate and magazine to secure the floor plate onto the magazine casing. The cover features built in tools for, among other things, unloading and disassembling the magazine.

  • Patent number: 9702645
Abstract: A system and method for using a firearm magazine are described. One example includes a firearm magazine assembly. The assembly has a housing defining a cartridge track, the housing having a distal end having feed lips for feeding cartridges to a firearm and a proximal end. The assembly also has a follower assembly having a follower and a spring. The follower has a proximal side and a distal side and is movable between a compressed position and an extended position. The follower engages the housing in the extended position without biasing the feed lips away from each other, whereby the follower prevents creep of the distal end of the housing when the follower is in the extended position.
