    Abstract: A display device for use with vehicles comprising a wind sock and a mounting unit adapted to secure with the window of a vehicle to carry the wind sock above the top of the vehicle. The wind sock is tapered from front to rear. The mounting unit retains the forward end of the wind sock open and in a vertical position. The mounting unit securely fastens with the vehicle in a removable manner.
