Abstract: A balance correction sheet corrects a whole pressure balance of a punching machine, in which a punching die and a cutting plate for receiving blade tips of the punching die are attached to be opposed to each other. A method of forming the balance correction sheets includes attaching a balance correction die having a plurality of punching blades disposed at a predetermined interval to the punching machine, intermediately inserting the blade tips of the punching blades into a middle of laminated sheets formed by laminating peelable sheets so that incisions are formed in a depth direction of the laminated sheets, and partially removing the laminated sheets depending on depths of the incisions so as to prepare the balance correction sheet.
Abstract: The object is to provide a balance correction sheet used for correcting the whole pressure balance of a punching machine. A balance correction die (20) for a punching machine has a configuration in which a plurality of punching blades are disposed on a substrate (21), the punching blades are configured from belt-shaped first blades (25) disposed parallel to each other, and second blades (26) disposed at predetermined intervals in the direction traversing between the first blades (25), the protrusion heights of the punching blades (25, 26) are equal, and by the entry of the edges of the punching blades (25, 26) into the middle of a laminated sheet (10) formed by laminating peelable sheets, cuts are formed in the depth direction of the laminated sheet (10) that serves as a balance correction sheet for the punching machine.
Abstract: A positioning-jig 1 used to mount a face plate 15 on the female-die 21, and the positioning-jig 1 comprises a female-part 2 which has a concave part and is attached into the positioning-holes 24 at the male-die 22 detachably, a male-part 6 which comprises an axial part inserted detachably into the concave part of the female-part and a dish-shaped head part connected to the axial part, and further provides a positioning method comprising the following steps; set the positioning-jigs 1 on each positioning-holes 24 and set the marking-members 12 on each positioning-jigs 1; and test run the stamping machine to attaches the male-die 22 and the female-die 21, and adhered the marking-members 12 on the female-die 21; and adhered the face plate 15 on the female-die 21 for the marking-members 12 inside each through-holes.
