The laser head is movably provided in the front chamber, the control component is provided in the rear chamber, the front chamber is communicated with an external environment such that external gas is able to enter the front chamber, and the rear chamber is communicated with the external environment such that gas in the front chamber is discharged to an outside through the rear chamber.
Abstract: A laser head and a laser processing device are provided. The laser head includes a housing, a laser assembly, and a guide rail assembly. An accommodating cavity is formed inside the housing, and one end of the housing is provided with a light outlet. The laser assembly is arranged inside the accommodating cavity, and the laser assembly is movably arranged in a light emission direction towards the light outlet. The guide rail assembly is arranged inside the accommodating cavity and is used to slide with the laser assembly. The guide rail assembly includes a guiding portion and a rolling portion. The guiding portion is positioned on one side of the laser assembly, and the guiding portion is provided with a slideway on the side facing the laser assembly. The slideway extends in the light emission direction of the laser assembly.
Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a laser processing device, which includes a casing and a flexible light-blocking structure. An inner cavity is formed within the casing. The outer side wall of the casing is provided with a material passage communicating with the inner cavity for materials to enter and exit the inner cavity. The flexible light-blocking structure is positioned within the material passage to block the material passage, preventing light within the inner cavity from transmitting outward. The flexible light-blocking structure is further configured to deform when materials enter or exit the material passage, creating a gap between the flexible light-blocking structure and the material passage for the materials to pass through.
