    Abstract: A railroad bungalow having a roof, a floor and adjoining walls forming vertically extending corners. An elongated guide sleeve is mounted on the exterior surface of each corner forming a guide slot. A support leg in the shape of an angle iron is movably mounted in each guide slot. The legs are provided with spaced openings and corresponding openings are provided in the sleeve and wall so that a pin or bolt can be inserted to hold the leg at a selected position to adjust the height of the bungalow above a supporting surface.
