Abstract: The invention regards a portable medical apparatus made up of at least two devices (30, 32) adapted to measure eating rate utilized to teach persons to eat according to a predetermined graphic eating curve (10, 24) displayed on a screen and a method therefore. In a specific mode the predetermined graphic curve (24) describes a non linear descending rate of eating behavior. The apparatus comprises a device with cellular capabilities (30), and a scale (32), which devices communicate through near field radiation such as Bluetooth or IR.
Abstract: The invention relates to a computerized handheld substantially pocket size device (10) for satiety registering and satiety response and a method therefore. It is utilized in aiding a person, in a controlled manner, to appreciate when to eat, comprising in-/output means (12, 16), electronic memory, a display screen (14) and a modified Borg type scale (18) for rating of satiety.

Abstract: The invention relates to a system and a method for controlling physical activity while dieting. A computer (14) with a screen (20) and a connected scale (24) providing a plate (26) used for intake of food by a user (28) is used to determine a best level of dieting for the user (28). The dieting level is correlated with a level for warming or cooling the body of a user. This provides that additional physical activity for a certain level of dieting is prevented and raised, respectively, in order to achieve a best possible and healthy diet mode.
