Abstract: A swing device for a grinding machine includes a motor located on a fixed table beside the sanding unit which includes a frame with two mandrels and a sanding belt is mounted to the two mandrels. A movable member is movably mounted to the shaft of the motor so as to move back and forth to activate two limit switches which are activated to stop the motor. The movable member is connected to a fixed plate connected to an end plate on the sanding unit and a link is connected between the fixed plate and an elongate slot of the movable member. The sanding unit together with the sanding belt swing when the movable member moves. The sanding belt swings and activates two micro switches to change the rotation direction of the shaft. The sanding belt swings to change the sanding portion contacting the objects to be polished.

Abstract: The present invention provides a reciprocating lifting motion of abrasive band grinding machine, wherein two control boxes are arranged correspondingly at lower part of the grinding mechanism of the grinding machine; the grinding mechanism is driven by the drive axle of the control box; a motor is coupled below the control box, and the control box is provided with a lifting mechanism, which is adapted with the cam via a main drive axle with worm gear; based on the eccentric rotation characteristic of the cam, the main drive axle could generate reciprocating lifting motion, driving the continuous operation of the grinding mechanism for uniform grinding of the abrasive band surface.

Abstract: An adjustable table for a cutting tool adjustable table includes a guide track, a table surface movably mounted on the guide track and having a bottom face formed with a guide channel movably mounted on the guide track, and a plurality of lubricating members each mounted between the guide track and the table surface to function as a lubricating medium between the guide track and the table surface. Thus, the guide track is made of metallic material and each of the lubricating members is made of plastic material, so that when the guide track touches the lubricating members, the noise produced by friction between the guide track and each of the lubricating members is reduced largely.

Abstract: A belt sander includes a frame, a support seat, a first wheel rod, a second wheel rod, a sand belt, an adjusting unit, and an operation unit. Thus, the operation handle of the operation unit is rotated to rotate the drive shaft which rotates the drive bevel gear which rotates the driven bevel gear which rotates the driven shaft which rotates the threaded rod to move the slide rod by rotation of the threaded rod so that the slide rod moves the support seat relative to the frame to move the first wheel rod relative to the second wheel rod to change the distance between the first wheel rod and the second wheel rod so as to adjust the tension of the sand belt.
