Abstract: A screwless hinge system for connecting a temple to a front frame portion of eyewear includes a hooked tab with a single hook and a base. The hooked tab extends through the front frame portion and a u-spring until the base engages the frame. A temple receiver of a temple compresses the u-spring and engages the single hook, allowing for opening and closing of the temple and removal and replacement of the temple without tools.

Abstract: An interchangeable lens assembly including a first lens, a lens bracket coupled to the first lens, and at least one connection portion disposed around at least a portion of a perimeter of the lens bracket. A goggle including a goggle frame and at least one coupling point disposed on the goggle frame and adapted to couple to the at least one connection portion on the lens bracket. The at least one coupling point and the at least one connection portion may be corresponding magnetic portions adapted to couple to each other by a magnetic interaction, and/or the at least one connection portion may be a protrusion, and the at least one coupling point may be an aperture adapted to receive and couple to the protrusion. This allows the lens assembly to be attached to and detached from the goggle frame quickly and easily with reduced manual dexterity.

Abstract: A sign holder for use with a display has a plaque having a first surface and a second surface. A mounting bracket is coupled to the second surface. A first and a second support arm are pivotally coupled to the mounting bracket. A catch is coupled to the mounting bracket and is positioned intermediate the first and the second support arms. In some embodiments, the first and second support arms are pivotable between a first position in which the first and second support arms are substantially perpendicular to the second surface, and a second position in which the first and second support arms are substantially parallel to the second surface.

Abstract: Eyewear comprises a first frame portion that is configured to retain a first lens therein, a second frame portion that is configured to retain a second lens therein, a first temple that is coupled to the first frame portion, a second temple that is coupled to the second frame portion, and a flexible bridge that is positioned intermediate the first frame portion and the second frame portion. In some embodiments, the flexible bridge is formed from a flexible polymer material and a shape-retaining alloy metal at least partially embedded in the flexible polymer material.

Abstract: An eyewear display assembly, according to various embodiments, has a base portion (e.g., a rectangular base portion), a marketing materials sheet, and an eyewear support portion (e.g., a rectangular eyewear support portion. In various embodiments, the eyewear support portion defines one or more eyewear support cutouts for providing lateral support to eyewear placed within the one or more eyewear support cutouts. The eyewear display assembly further has a suitable affixing mechanism, such as one or more magnets, for mounting the base portion adjacent the eyewear support portion while holding marketing material sheet between them. The base portion may be configured to support one or more pairs of eyewear as the one or more pairs of eyewear are disposed at least partially within the one or more eyewear support cutouts.

Abstract: All improved ophthalmic mounting arrangement for a unitary removable eyeglass lens, together with an eyeglass frame for supporting said lens, is described. The face of the eyeglass frame is equipped with a pair inwardly facing tabbed projections each having a channel for inserting an edge of the unitary lens. The outer periphery of the lens containing notches which interlockingly engage the tabbed projections, such that the lens can be releasably mounted on the eyeglass frame by flexing the lens and inserting the lens notches into the channels in the tabbed projections.
