The method, process and system establishes the parameters of function of providers and users of the services, stores all available data, provides the functional platforms for all medical, non-medical, and financial transactions to occur in an electronic, software-guided, anonymous, efficient, and uniform environment.

The diagnostic program provides a series of diagnostic questions to an individual who must respond either “yes” or “no” to each question. Each potential response is weighted relative to its importance to a particular disease diagnosis. Relative weights for all responses to diagnostic questions are summed to identify potential diagnoses to connected to the answered questions.
