Abstract: The present invention relates to a process of manufacturing a metal foil card having a metal surface by integrally attaching a transparent plastic laminating sheet to one side of the metal foil card as thin as 0.01 mm to 1 mm to form a plastic supporting layer, so that the tactile impression of the metal can be retained. Moreover, the metal foil is supported and reinforced by a plastic supporting layer so as to reduce the thickness of the expensive metal while providing better flexibility. The metal foil card is more easier to be cut or folded than a metal having the same thickness.
