Abstract: A three segment vehicle identification card is provided with an upper hang tag segment, and intermediate claim ticket segment and a lower key tag segment. The lower segment has a removable key tag with a vehicle identification number together with a pair of removable labels, one of which has the vehicle identification number and the other of which has space for entry of the parking space location number for the vehicle receiving service. The removable key tag also has spaces on its foldable tail for entry of the vehicle owners name and the parking space number for the serviced vehicle.

Abstract: A vehicle identification card has the words SERVICE and READY on its front and rear sides, respectively, and includes a top segment having a horizontal band of static cling vinyl covered by a removable protective liner. Upon removal of the protective liner, the card can be adhered to the inside of a vehicle windshield with the word SERVICE visible from outside the vehicle and the top segment may be folded 180 degrees and adhered to the inside of the vehicle windshield with the word READY visible from outside the vehicle. The card is preferably a two section card with the before mentioned construction in an upper section and having a lower section which includes a removable key tag and a removable vehicle claim ticket. Service personnel can place the card on, and remove the card from, the inside of the vehicle windshield without bodily entering the vehicle.

Abstract: A vehicle identification and locator card for vehicle parking and servicing establishments includes a sheet of paperboard card having an upper segment and a pair of side by side lower segments. A two ply laminate patch is applied to the back side of one of the lower segments. The two plies are bonded by a dry release adhesive. The outline of an arrow shaped ignition key tag is formed by die cutting through the paper card and through the laminate ply adhered directly to the one lower segment.

Abstract: A vehicle identification and locator card for vehicle parking and servicing establishments includes three segments which can be detached from one another. All three carry the same vehicle identification number. A first segment is placed in the vehicle, a second segment is given to the customer and the third segment includes a die cut removable spatula shaped key tag carrying the vehicle identification number which can be attached to the vehicle key and hung on the hook or peg pending use by the service personnel or return of the vehicle owner. The key tag includes a rubber based adhesive backing and includes a handle portion which is passed through the key ring or hole in the ignition key and then sandwiched between folded parts of a paddle portion of the spatula. The folding brings into registration two holes punched in the paddle portion thereby facilitating hanging the key tag on a hook or peg.
