Abstract: A fluid delivery apparatus includes a spout (12) located adjacent a sink basin (16). A fluid supply conduit (14) is supported by the spout (12). Capacitive sensors (29) and (41) are provided on the spout (12) and sink basin (16), respectively. A controller (26) is coupled to the capacitive sensors (29, 41) to control the amount of fluid supplied to the fluid supply conduit (14) based on outputs from the capacitive sensors (29, 41).

Abstract: An electronic faucet includes a spout assembly and a controller configured to control the flow of water through the spout assembly in response to the position of a spray head. A sensor may be positioned to detect an object in a detection zone near the faucet. The controller may disable the sensor upon the spray head being uncoupled from the spout.

Abstract: A centerset faucet includes an upper support receiving a waterway including first and second valve interfaces. A lower base is coupled to the upper support, wherein a reentrant edge of the lower base is formed over a bottom lip of the upper support to secure the base thereto.
Abstract: An electronic faucet has a controller configured to selectively open and close a valve to provide fluid flow through the valve and a passageway of the faucet. The controller is programmed to selectively open and close the valve to generate a fluid flow pattern through the passageway to provide an indication to a user of a condition of the electronic faucet.
Abstract: A bathing environment such as a shower or a tub, has a knee wall in a wall of the environment, a stanchion disposed across from the knee wall, and a bench supported by the knee wall and the stanchion so a user may slide across said bench into said bathing environment. According to an embodiment of the invention, the stanchion has a groove having a depth equal to a thickness of the bench for receiving the bench therein while maintaining a flush surface across the stanchion and the bench to allow a user to slide thereacross.

Abstract: An example water usage monitoring system includes at least one sensor communicating at least one parameter relating to water usage. At least one microcontroller represents a location with each microcontroller in communication with at least one of the sensors and having at least one input for selectively receiving said parameters, a counter, an accumulator that utilizes said counter and said parameters received from the at least one input for a discrete count to create a data packet in response to a change in at least one of said parameters, and a transmitter for wirelessly sending said data packet. The system also includes a data collection device configured to receive and combine at least one data packet from the at least one microcontroller into an information set. The data collection device is configured to transmit the information set. A storage device is configured receive the information set from the data collection device.
