  • Patent number: 11692542
Abstract: A compressor maintenance monitoring and alert system for use with a compressor comprises a sensor unit including a housing, at least one vibration sensor and/or electrical impulse sensor, and a computer processor. The housing is constructed and arranged for being mounted or electrically coupled to the compressor. A processor of a mobile communication device receives compressor data transmitted by the sensor unit over a period of time, processes the received compressor data, determines if the received compressor data meets or exceeds scheduled maintenance tasks included in the look up tables, and displays required maintenance tasks on a display of the mobile communication device.

  • Patent number: 10995890
Abstract: A quick-connect coupler includes an input, a main body, an inner sleeve, a ball retainer, a valve, and outer and inner balls. The main body is coupled with the input. The inner sleeve is disposed in the interior chamber of the main body and is slidably coupled with the main body. The ball retainer defines an interior chamber and a second aperture. The ball retainer is disposed in the interior chamber of the main body and is slidably coupled with the main body. The valve defines a passageway and is disposed in the interior chamber of the ball retainer. The valve is slidably coupled with the input. The inner and outer balls are disposed in the first and second apertures. respectively. The interior chamber of the main body defines a first diameter. The interior chamber of the ball retainer defines a second diameter that is less than the first diameter.

  • Patent number: 9890773
Abstract: A wobble piston is provided to be used in an air compressor for providing compressed air, and includes a piston cap having a generally flat first plate and a peripheral edge extending downwardly from the first plate. A connecting support rod is connected to the piston cap, and a compression ring is clamped between the edge of the piston cap and the support rod in complementary fashion. Upon assembly between the cap and the support rod, the compression ring has an angled side wall that is bent upwardly inwardly at a predetermined obtuse angle relative to a longitudinal axis of a cylinder.

  • Patent number: 9157424
Abstract: An electric motor is provided, including a stator having two electromagnetic poles diametrically opposite each other, a rotor including a rotor core configured for being rotatably mounted with a shaft for rotation relative to the stator. The rotor core is formed by stacking a plurality of laminations each of which has a central hole and a plurality of generally radially extending teeth. The stator and the rotor have geometric attributes such that: R1=G*0.9968, wherein G is defined as thickness of a field yoke, and R1 is defined as a distance from an outside edge of a central hole to bases of the teeth. A compressor assembly is also provided that employs the present motor.
