  • Patent number: 7236308
Abstract: A zoom lens system, in order from the object side to the image side, comprises a first lens unit G1 having positive optical power, a second lens unit G2 having negative optical power, a third lens unit G3 having positive optical power and a fourth lens unit G4 having positive optical power. Magnification varying is performed by varying the distances between the lens units by moving the lens units along the optical axis. The third lens unit G3 comprises at least two lens elements including a third lens unit object side lens element which is a positive lens element disposed on the most object side and whose high-curvature surface faces the object side and a third lens unit image side lens element which is a negative lens element disposed on the most image side and concave to the image side.

  • Publication number: 20060236184
Abstract: The present invention provides a fault detecting method and a layout method for a semiconductor integrated circuit. The fault detecting method performs detection for faults in a semiconductor integrated circuit using a fault list corresponding to information on sites in the semiconductor integrated circuit where a fault is likely to occur or information required to reduce such faults. In addition, the fault detecting method and the layout method perform ordering of faults with their likelihood and weighting of the faults, taking into consideration physical information on a mask pattern within a chip or records of actual use of cells or functional blocks.

  • Patent number: 7069212
Abstract: An audio decoding apparatus decodes high frequency component signals using a band expander that generates multiple high frequency subband signals from low frequency subband signals divided into multiple subbands and transmitted high frequency encoded information. The apparatus is provided with an aliasing detector and an aliasing remover. The aliasing detector detects the degree of occurrence of aliasing components in the multiple high frequency subband signals generated by the band expander. The aliasing remover suppresses aliasing components in the high frequency subband signals by adjusting the gain used to generate the high frequency subband signals. Thus occurrence of aliasing can be suppressed and the resulting degradation in sound quality can be reduced, even when real-valued subband signals are used in order to reduce the number of operations.

  • Patent number: 5327092
Abstract: A switched capacitor filter circuit which enables easy adjustment of a post-filter circuit to reduce the power consumption of a switched capacitor filter at a main side. In the switched capacitor filter circuit, a plurality of capacitors having capacitive values weighted by interpolating operation coefficients are provided, and a second SCF, operated at a sufficiently high sampling frequency to suppress unnecessary frequency components through a lower-order analog filter, is used as a post-filter.
