Abstract: Method and Apparatus for providing an integrated platform for discovery, messaging, social networking and electronic commerce, including payment services, which enables Multi-Modal Proximity services. When associated with mobile devices the platform enables Real time, Proximal Search, Discovery, Communications, and Commerce including various forms of Payments. Mobile applications use the service delivery platform to interact, using multimodal communications (Human to Human (H2H), Human to Machine (H2M), M2M, M2H), with other applications, places, people or objects.
