Abstract: The invention relates to a mixing appliance pertaining to a chemical or biochemical analyser and comprising a pipette having a head, a body and a free end. The head of the pipette is fixed to a head supporting block. The inventive mixing appliance comprises driving elements for triggering the oscillation of the free end of the pipette. Said driving elements consist of an actuating unit that is fixed to a frame, both elements being associated with a guiding block provided with an eccentric block that is mounted in such a way as to rotate freely about an axis and is in contact with the body of the pipette. The head supporting block is mounted in such a way as to rotate freely in the frame about an axis perpendicular to the plane in which the pipette oscillates.
Abstract: The automatic immunological analysis apparatus comprises a plurality of bidirectional channels. Each channel is associated with a support carriage supporting reaction cups, moving along a corresponding guide rail according to predefined analysis protocols. The movement of each carriage is controlled independently on each channel. The apparatus comprises a distribution module, a washing module and a measuring module common to all the channels. The apparatus also comprises an independent incubation module for each channel and an independent agitation system associated with each support carriage of the cups.

Abstract: An optical measuring head 10 of an automatic chemical or biochemical reaction analyzer comprises a first calorimetric analysis detector 12 controlled by a light source 20 associated to an optic fibre 28 for transmission of the light beam to one of the sides of a reaction analysis plate 18. A photodetector device 37 is arranged on the opposite side to collect the light beam emerging from the cup 16. The light source 20 and the reaction analysis plate 18 are stationary whereas the measuring head 10 is mounted on a U-shaped mobile support 19 framing the parallel opposite faces of the analysis plate 18 and able to be moved by a drive mechanism 48 facing a predetermined cup 16. The optic fibre 28 has one end secured to the fixed light source 20 and an opposite end arranged in a housing 30 of the mobile support 19.
