  • Patent number: 11686452
Abstract: A headlight is disclosed, comprising a headlight body, a temperature sensor, an IR module, a low beam module, and a controller. The headlight body has a housing and a lampshade. The lampshade has a light-absorbing and heating layer. The temperature sensor is configured inside the headlight body, to detect the temperature of the lamp. The IR module is a wide-angle LED lamp, positioned inside the headlight body, and It directly irradiates toward the lampshade. The low beam module is configured inside the headlight body, emitting toward the lampshade, and an emitting direction of the low beam module crosses an irradiating direction of the IR module. The controller is electrically connected to the IR module and the temperature sensor, and turns on/off the IR module based on the temperature of the lamp.

  • Patent number: 10711967
Abstract: An optical element includes a main body and a plurality of reflection structures. Two opposite ends of the main body are defined as a light input end and a light output end. The light input end has a groove. Walls of the groove are respectively defined as a first light input wall and a second light input wall. The main body has a total reflection surface located between the light input end and the light output end. The light beams entering the main body through the second light input wall can be totally reflected by the total reflection surface. The reflection structures are disposed on the main body and correspondingly located on the total reflection surface. The light beams entering the main body through the second light input wall can be totally reflected by two adjacent reflection structures and can be mutually staggered with each other.

  • Patent number: 10073205
Abstract: An optical module of a vehicle light includes a light guide and a light source arranged adjacent to an end of the light guide. The light guide includes a main portion and several light reflecting structures connected to each other and arranged on the main portion in one row. Each light reflecting structure defines a datum plane arranged adjacent to the main portion, and includes a light transmitting surface, a light reflecting surface, and a connecting surface connected to the light transmitting surface and the light reflecting surface. In each light reflecting structure, an angle between the light transmitting surface and the datum plane is larger than that between the light reflecting surface and the datum plane. The thicknesses of the light reflecting structures, each is defined by a distance between the connecting surface and the datum plane, are gradually increased in a direction away from the light source.

  • Publication number: 20110122641
Abstract: An apparatus is adapted for controlling a lamp unit mounted on an automobile body, and includes a housing for housing input and output rods, a deceleration unit and a transmission piece. The deceleration unit includes a planet gear connected to an eccentric engaging end portion of the input rod, meshing with a ring gear fixed in the housing, and connected to the transmission piece and an angle indicating unit sleeved on the input rod. The output rod has a coupling end portion coupled to the lamp unit, and a rack meshing with a center gear portion of the transmission piece. When the input rod rotates, the transmission piece and the angle indicating unit are driven to rotate in response to movement of the planet gear such that the output rod is movable in response to rotation of the transmission piece, thereby driving movement of the lamp unit relative to the automobile body.

  • Publication number: 20100039824
Abstract: A lighting device includes a secondary lamp casing having an inner ring portion connected to a peripheral portion of a primary lamp casing, an outer ring portion surrounding the inner ring portion, and an annular reflector wall extending between the ring portions. The reflector wall has at least one source mounting section having a reflecting surface with angularly spaced apart ends, an intermediate part between the spaced apart ends, and two sets of curved surface segments. The curved surface segments in each set are interconnected in sequence from the intermediate part to a respective one of the spaced apart ends, and are different paraboloid segments that have coaxial focal axes. A primary light source is mounted to and extends into the primary lamp casing. A secondary light source is disposed at the intermediate part of the source mounting section.
