Abstract: In a region between at least two mutually adjacent body parts, an assembly template is connected to the body support structure, which template has at least one adjustment edge against which the adjacent body parts can be aligned. The template is centered on centering pins of vehicle door hinges and the adjustment edge serves to position a fender part with respect to the door.

Abstract: Known cross members consisting of an alloy press-drawn section do not permit easy assembly of the passenger airbag module or other bolt-on parts after the cross members have been installed. Accordingly, the press-drawn section of the cross member is provided with at least one groove open at the top in such fashion that a rib or a bar of a bolt-on part can be added from above such that simple pivoting enables a seating surface of the cross member to cooperate with a mounting surface of the bolt-on part in the installed state. Assembly is extremely simple. The cross members are used for the instrument panels of motor vehicles.

Abstract: In a turbocharger arrangement for an internal combustion engine including an exhaust gas turbine with an exhaust gas pressure control valve (waste gate) and an operating motor for opening or closing the waste gate, wherein a charger is coupled to the turbine and has a suction side and a discharge side in communication with the engine for supplying charge air thereto and wherein a system control valve is provided which is in communication with the suction side and with the pressure side of the charger and also with the waste gate operating motor for supplying suction air pressure or discharge air pressure to the waste gate operating motor, the system control valve includes means for placing the suction air side of the charger in communication with the charger air discharge side for returning charger discharge air to the suction side of the charger.
