Abstract: Devices and methods of programming memory cells, both SLC and MLC, such as to reduce charge-storage structure to charge-storage structure coupling, are shown and described. Programming of memory cells can include comparing a first page of data to a second page of data, and further programming cells corresponding to the first page of data that will not likely be affected by coupling from programming the second page of data.
Abstract: A delay-locked loop includes a ring oscillator that generates a plurality of tap clock signals, with one tap clock signal being designated an oscillator clock signal. Each tap clock signal has a respective delay relative to the oscillator clock signal. The oscillator clock signal clocks a coarse delay counter to develop a coarse delay count that determines a coarse delay of a delayed clock signal. A fine delay of the delayed clock signal is determined by selecting one of the tap clock signals of the ring oscillator. The phase between an input clock signal and the delayed clock signal is determined and the coarse and fine delays adjusted in response to this phase to synchronize the delayed and input clock signals. The delay-locked loop may also monitor rising and falling edges of the input clock signal and develop corresponding rising-edge and falling-edge fine delays to synchronize rising and falling edges of the input clock signal.

Abstract: A disposable screen used in a screen printing system for printing onto electronic devices is formed of a non-metallic material. The screen is patterned from a foil. The material can be selected from a group consisting of plastic, nylon, paper, and resin. A disposable screen is mounted in the screen printing system, after which a paste material (including solder or an adhesive such as polyimide, bismaleimide, or a thermoset or thermoplastic compound) can be printed through the screen to a target structure. The used screen is discarded after one or more uses and a new screen is mounted in the screen printing system. A teaching sheet having a disposable transparent film is also used to set up the screen printing system. The film is detachably attached to a frame. After one or more prints, the used film is detached and replaced with a new film.
