Abstract: The invention generally relates to a system for closing an aperture in a patient, such as an aperture in a vessel wall of a patient. In certain embodiments, the invention provides a system for closing an aperture in a patient including a delivery device that is attachable to and removable from an exterior of the sheath, and a clip releasably disposed within the delivery device.
