Abstract: The present invention is related to a cardiovascular monitoring device including an inflatable cuff for surrounding a limb of a user, at least a first and a second electrodes, a controlling circuitry with a processor accommodated in a housing, and a display element. The controlling circuitry is configured to perform a blood pressure measurement through controlling a pressure inside the inflatable cuff, and perform an electrocardiogram measurement by using the electrodes. The processor is also configured to provide a diastolic blood pressure and a systolic blood pressure when the blood pressure measurement is performed, and to provide a heart rhythm information when the electrocardiogram measurement is performed. Further, for achieving a better and more stable contact between the electrodes and the user's skin, the present invention provides an improved structure with electrodes arranged thereon based on the conventional blood pressure monitor.
Abstract: An ECG data acquisition device is provided, including a main housing, at least two electrodes, an ECG signal acquisition circuitry having a processor and a memory for storing acquired data, a connector for communication, and a movable housing, covering the connector and having at least an electrode mounted thereon, wherein as executing the ECG signal acquisition, the movable housing is in a first state, and as communicating with an external equipment, the movable housing is moved to a second state for exposing the connector and electrically disconnecting the electrode thereon from the ECG signal acquisition circuitry.
Abstract: An air delivery system is provided. The air delivery system includes a PAP device having a flow generator, a patient interface, a processor and a connector, and at least a removable sensing device having at least a sensor, a front-end analog circuit and a connector. The sensor is integrated with the patient interface to measure a respiratory characteristic in a path between the patient's upper airway and the flow generator. When the removable sensing device is separated from the PAP device, the PAP device enters a first operation mode to perform a first preset air delivery behavior, and when the removable sensing device is coupled to the PAP device through the connectors respectively thereof, the PAP device enters a second operation mode to perform a second air delivery behavior for adjusting the treatment pressure in accordance with the respiratory characteristic.
Abstract: A handheld electrocardiographic device for perform an ECG signal acquisition is provided. The ECG device includes at least two electrodes for obtaining ECG signals from a user's skin, an analog signal processing module, an analog/digital converter for digitizing the ECG signals, a processor, which controls the ECG device and processes the ECG signals, a display unit for displaying a processed result of ECG signals and other related information, a memory for data storage, a battery for providing power, at least a contacting interface having at least one of the electrodes mounted thereon, and a detecting unit for sensing a physical condition of the contacting interface, wherein the processor compares the physical condition to a preset criterion, and takes the result as a reference for processing the ECG signals.
