Abstract: The present invention relates to an insert for a medical simulation system, wherein the insert is configured to be releasably connected to the system, comprising: a connection portion configured to provide the releasable connection to the system, and at least one latching recess, wherein each of the at least one latching recess is configured to receive a latching device of a connection section of the system. The present invention also relates to a medical simulation system, wherein the system is configured to releasably receive an insert, wherein the system comprises a holder assembly configured to provide the releasable connection to the insert, the holder assembly comprising: at least one stopping element, at least one latching element, and at least one latching device. The present invention also relates to a corresponding assembly and to a method.
